Design Consultation & Estimate
We listen to your design requirements based on your needs and provide an estimate. Please enter a rough image of what you're envisioning through our form.

You will confirm the final design proposal through images.

Deposit Payment (50% of Total Cost)
Before starting production, we require a deposit of half the total amount.

Final Design Confirmation Before Decoration
Please confirm the final design before we proceed with the decoration.

Payment of the Remaining Balance
If the design is approved, please pay the remaining balance.

Drying Period After Completion (10 days to 3 weeks)
After the artwork is completed, please allow a drying period of 10 days to 3 weeks.

Q1: How do we conduct the design consultation?
A: Design consultations are done via email or messaging. Please share your preferences and vision, and we will make the best proposal possible.
Q2: Can the design be modified?
A: Yes, after reviewing the design proposal, modifications can be made as needed. We support you until the finalized design is confirmed.
Q3: How long does production take?
A: From the time the design is confirmed, it typically takes at least one month until shipment. If you are in a hurry, please consult us in advance.
Q4: What are the payment methods?
A: Payments are made by transferring 50% of the order price before production starts, and the balance before shipment. (Credit Card, PayPal, Zelle are accepted)
Q5: How will I receive the completed artwork?
A: Once the artwork is completed and has dried, it will be packaged and shipped. We will also provide shipping details and tracking information.
Q6: Can I cancel or get a refund?
A: Refunds are not accepted once the design is finalized due to the custom nature of the work. However, cancellations are possible during the design consultation and estimation phase.
Q7: What information is needed to place an order?
